What types of wood do you use in your products?
We source sustainably harvested hardwoods, including premium Oak, Walnut, Maple, and Cherry. Each piece is selected for its unique grain pattern and durability.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since each custom piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and 1 week for white-glove delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard catalog items. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
How should I maintain and clean my wood furniture?
We recommend using a soft, lint-free cloth for dusting. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap, and avoid harsh chemicals or direct sunlight to prevent warping.
Is assembly required upon delivery?
Most of our large furniture items arrive fully assembled via our white-glove delivery service. Smaller items like side tables or shelves may require minimal assembly with included tools.
