At Woodcraft, we take pride in our handcrafted furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Woodcraft account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code.

Pack with Care

Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packed in the original packaging to prevent damage to the wood or finish during transit.

Schedule a Pickup

For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Inspection and Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
